Ubisoft: BlackRock reduces stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock has ifnromed the AMF on 20 May it reduced its stake in Ubisoft Entertainment to below the threshold of 5% of the group's capital and that it now holds, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 5,529,720 Ubisoft Entertainment shares, i.
e. the same number of voting rights, or 4.95% of the group's capital and 4.47% of its voting rights.

The breaking of these thresholds results from the sale of Ubisoft Entertainment shares - both OTC and on the market, in addition to the restitution of shares held as collateral.
