Derichebourg: in talks to acquire Ecore

(CercleFinance.com) - The recycling and maintenance service company Derichebourg announces that it is entering into exclusive negotiations with Ecore's shareholders with a view to acquiring its entire share capital, with a unilateral purchase promise, accompanied with a period of exclusivity to enable them to finalise their agreement.


The services group specifies that it will benefit from first-rate financial support to secure the financing issues relating to this planned acquisition, a project that would require the prior authorisation from the competent authority in charge of merger control.
