Derichebourg: Norwegian Sovereign Fund cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - A notice issued yesterday by the AMF transmits the statement that on 3 October, Norges Bank, the central bank of Norway, acting as the financial arm of the national sovereign fund, has reduced its stake in Derichebourg's capital to below the threshold of 5%.
On this date, and after the restitution of shares held as collateral, Norges Bank held 4.99% of the group's share capital and 3.52% of its voting rights.
