Compagnie des Alpes: obtains 'PGE Saison' loan

(CercleFinance.com) - Compagnie des Alpes announces that it has signed a loan guaranteed by the State ('PGE Saison') with the group's historic banking partners, destined to boost its liquidity position in the wake of the sanitary crisis.


It has been entered into for an initial period of 12 months, and for an amount of 269 million euros, although it may be extended once, at Compagnie des Alpes' request, for a period of one to five years. The funds will be available before the end of 2020.
