M6: operating margin improves in first quarter
(CercleFinance.com) - M6 has published Q1 underlying operating income of 64.
2 million euros, which represents a 0.7-point improvement in its margin to 18.6%, with a continued generation of synergies from the integration of its radio business.
The media group posted stable revenue of 345.7 million euros, with advertising revenue up 2.9%, including advertising revenue for free-toair channels that is up 2%, despite a strong comparison basis.
The Combined General Meeting convened today will be requested to approve the payment of a dividend per share of one euro for 2018, thus offering a yield of 7.1%, calculated on the basis of the last share price of 2018.
