Hermes: Stifel raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - In a report on European luxury stocks, Stifel maintains its hold rating on Hermès shares, while raising its target price for them from 1100 euros to 1200 euros, having increased its 2022-23 EBIT forecasts by 5%.

After an analysis of the consensus revisions in the sector following interim results, the broker said that it is confident in its "buy" ratings on Richemont and Kering, while adopting a slightly more constructive view on Moncler shares ("hold" rating).

"Hugo Boss re-rated the most on a relative basis year-to-date, but Boss remains the best self-help growth story in our coverage, offering further upside risks to consensus estimates," Stifel adds, which therefore maintains its buy rating on the stock.
