Hermès: stock up on broker's comments

9% in Paris today, with UBS initiating its coverage with a "buy" recommendation and a target price of 600 euros, representing upside potential of around 9% for the luxury goods group.

Calling Hermès the best brand in luxury, the broker recommends investors buy the share, due to potential for growth in margins and ROCE: the broker's 2020 EPS estimates exceed the consensus by 8%.
