Teleperformance: confirms FY 2022 targets

(CercleFinance.com) - The call centre group's revenue amounted to 1,962 million euros in Q1 2022, up +6.
5% LFL (at constant currencies and scope) and +14.6% as reported, y-o-y.

Organic growth recorded in Q1 is particularly strong given the expected impact of the change in the contribution of Covid assistance contracts in 2022 compared to 2021 (-83 million euros in Q1). Restated for this non-recurrent impact, organic growth was +11.1%, the group said.

It confirmed its FY 2022 targets: organic revenue growth excluding the impact of Covid assistance contracts of over +10%, a decline in the contribution of Covid assistance contracts, organic revenue growth of over +5%, an underlying EBITA margin that is up 30 bp.
