Teleperformance: net income, group share E324m

(CercleFinance.com) - The omnichannel customer services group's FY 2020 revenues came in at 5,732 million euros, up 11.
6% like-for-like and 7.0% as reported relative to the same period a year ago.

Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to 555 million euros, compared with 621 million euros last year. Net income, group share came in at 324 million euros, compared with 400 million euros. Diluted EPS reached 5.52 euros in 2020, compared with 6.81 euros in 2019.

Teleperformance enters 2021 with confidence and targets organic growth of at least +9.0%, an underlying EBITA margin of over 14.0% and the integration of Health Advocate into the group in the second quarter.

The company also maintains its 2022 financial targets, including sales of approximately 7 billion euros, including acquisitions in high value-added services, with an EBITA margin of approximately 14.5%.
