Téléperformance: suspends targets and postpones AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Faced with the current health crisis, Teleperformance announces that it will suspend targets set for 2020, as provided on 20 February, while postponing its AGM, which was originally scheduled for 16 April until 26 June.
However, it will still pay a dividend of 2.40 euros per share for FY 2019.

The contact centre group says that it has a strong financial structure and that it is taking all necessary measures to minimise the negative effects of this crisis on its profitability and liquidity.

In view of this exceptional situation, it has decided to take all measures aimed primarily at ensuring the safety of its employees, the continuation of its customers' businesses and its financial strength, in accordance with guidelines from authorities.

The market seems to have nodded to these measures - the share is up over 4% in early trading on Tuesday.
