Atos: in talks to sell Unify

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Mitel Networks for the sale of its Unified Communications and Collaboration (Unify) business.


The company said that this announcement marks another important step in the execution of Atos' divestment program, bringing it closer to the target of approximately 700 million euros that it set seven months ago.

With revenues of approximately 550 million euros and about 3,000 employees worldwide, Unify provides a wide range of managed business services to about 40 million users in 90 countries.
