Atos: completes acquisition of Appcentrica

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening Atos announced that it has completed the acquisition of AppCentrica, a Toronto, Canada-based technology and management consulting firm specialising in cloud application services and Salesforce.


Founded in 2010, AppCentrica provides business transformation, cloud application modernization and development consulting, as well as consulting services in Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.

It serves large companies in North America, with a focus on the financial services and manufacturing markets. With this acquisition, a highly skilled team of approximately 90 experts will join Atos' teams.
