Atos: acquisition in Finland

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that it has completed the acquisition of IDEAL GRP, a Finnish integrator of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and partner of Platinum Siemens Digital Industries Software solutions.


IDEAL GRP offers consulting, integration and maintenance services, as well as software, to companies in the industrial sector. Thanks to this acquisition, nearly 100 experts with dual Platinum status will join Atos.

IDEAL GRP's headquarters are based in Vantaa, Finland. Founded in 1992, the company is a leading player in the Nordic market, with offices in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Estonia.
