Atos: dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos said that its annual general meeting, held behind closed doors on Wednesday, has approved the payment of an ordinary dividend for FY 2020 year of 0.
90 euro per share, to be paid on 18 May.

While the company's financial statements for FY 2020 were approved, the Board of Directors took note of the negative vote on the second resolution regarding the approval of the consolidated financial statements for FY 2020.

It will continue to oversee the full review of the accounts of both the US legal entities affected by the auditors' work limitation reserve and the further roll-out of the detailed remediation and prevention plan.
