Atos: to secure wind farm in the b!ay of St-Brieuc

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has been selected by Ailes Marines - the company in charge of the construction, installation and operation of a wind farm in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc - to implement critical communication solutions and provide maritime coordination activities for the new wind farm project.


As part of this project, Atos will install an operational maritime coordination centre in Pleudaniel (Côtes-d'Armor) that will coordinate, monitor and document all traffic in the area during the construction phase.

A unified platform for critical communications will also be set up to facilitate exchanges between helicopters, vessels and operational teams working on the offshore wind farm.

Both systems will remain in place after the construction phase and will support Ailes Marines throughout the operational phase when all 62 turbines are operational.
