Atos: agrees to acquire Eagle Creek

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Eagle Creek Software Services, a Minneapolis-based technology and management consulting company specializing in Salesforce implementations for its clients in North America.


This acquisition, which is scheduled to be completed before the end of the year, will boost "Atos' growing foundation in Salesforce and its deep understanding in a seamless multi-channel customer experience".

Eagle Creek has over 245 employees. Collectively, its consultants hold more than 700 certifications and Salesforce "Super Badges". Its clients are active in health, financial services, insurance and communication.
