Atos: acquisition of CVC finalised

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced completing the acquisition of Convergence Creators Holding GmbH (CVC), a Siemens subsidiary and international supplier of multi-sector digital transformation solutions, the acquisition of which was announced on 2 October.


Based in Vienna, CVC provides software solutions in communication networks, service and customer management, public safety and security, information, multimedia entertainment and space technology.

CVC's presence in Germany, the US, Central and Eastern Europe and its strong network of partners would provide Atos with a solid foundation for its global business, the French IT services group said in early October.
