Sopra Steria: Stifel still a seller, but raises TP

(CercleFinance.com) - Stifel is maintaining its "sell" recommendation on Sopra Steria shares, although has increased its target price for them from 155 euros to 157 euros (current price: 168.
5 euros, -0.7%).

The broker believes that Sopra Steria is still "lagging behind" in Q3, and believes that this situation will continue into 2022.

The analyst expects organic revenue growth to be unchanged at +8.9% in Q4, remaining cautious about margins in H2.

The broker believes that the company's margin forecasts and those of the consensus are optimistic and is also cautious about the company's M&A strategy - particularly the prices paid for acquisitions.
