Sopra Steria: in exclusive talks with EVA Group

(CercleFinance.com) - IT group Sopra Steria has announced signing an exclusive negotiation agreement for the acquisition of EVA Group.


EVA Group is a French cybersecurity firm. The company expects revenues to reach around 33 million euros in 2021, most of which are generated in France.

Its businesses include consulting, auditing, integration, expertise and training: 240 consultants and experts work with 80 active clients, most of which are large groups from the CAC 40, SBF 120 and the public sector.
