Viel & Cie: 2022 net income up 44%

(CercleFinance.com) - Viel & Cie has announced a 44.
3% increase in net income, group share to 73.6 million euros for 2022 and a 1.3-point improvement in its operating margin to 9.9%, for a 15.7% increase in revenues to E989.6m (+10.1% at constant exchange rates).

At the beginning of 2023, the group says that its professional intermediation business (Compagnie Financière Tradition) will continue in line with the previous year, while its online brokerage business (Bourse Direct) will remain strong.

A proposal will be made to its AGM, scheduled for 8 June, to distribute a dividend of 35 euro cents per share for the past financial year, compared with 30 cents for 2021, paid in cash.
