Crédit Agricole: launches share repurchase program

(CercleFinance.com) - After received all the necessary approvals from the supervisory authorities, Crédit Agricole has announced the launch of a share repurchase program for up to 558.
6 million euros.

The banking group has given an irrevocable instruction to an independent investment services provider to purchase shares by the latter from 10 June to 30 September at the latest.

The existing liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux will be temporarily suspended during the execution of the share repurchase program. The shares acquired under the program will be cancelled.
