Nexans: Arnaud Poupart-Lafarge to leave company

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexans' Board of Directors has announced that its CEO, Arnaud Poupart-Lafarge, has asked to leave the company as soon as possible for personal reasons.


However, the Board has asked Arnaud Poupart-Lafarge to stay over a period of transition until 30 September 2018 at the latest, which he has accepted.

The Board of Directors, chaired by Georges Chodron de Courcel, which is in full agreement with Arnaud Poupart-Lafarge, has asked Pascal Portevin as deputy CEO, to take on more responsibilities. Alongside the CEO, he will take charge of Nexans' strategic plan, entitled "Paced for Growth".
