Bolloré: H1 earnings up 26%
(CercleFinance.com) - Logistics and communication group Bolloré has reported H1 sales of 12.
8 billion euros, up 13% LFL.
Business was driven by growth in the Transport and Logistics division (+15% organically compared to H1 2020), along with Oil Logistics (+12% organically), Communication (+12% organically) and Electricity Storage and Systems (+43% organically).
Meanwhile, H1 adjusted operating profit came in at 1.3 billion euros, up 43% LFL y-o-y.
Net income, group share, reached 219 (+26%) - this does not include the capital gain made on the sale on 29 January 2021 of 10% of the capital of Universal Music Group (UMG), based on an enterprise value of 30 billion euros for 100%.
