Bolloré: earnings up 27% at E1,408m

(CercleFinance.com) - FY 2019 revenues reached 24,843 million euros, up 3% like-for-like and at constant exchange rates.
Reported sales were up 8%.

Adjusted operating income (EBITA) reached 1,634 million euros, up 0.2% (-5% on a like-for-like basis and at constant exchange rates). The financial items totalled 17 million euros, compared to 140 million euros in 2018, particularly lower revaluation of securities (Spotify, Tencent Music).

Consolidated net income reached 1,408 million euros, compared with 1,107 million euros in 2018. Net income, group share was 237 million euros, virtually flat from 235 million euros in 2018.

At its AGM, the group will propose a dividend payment of 0.06 euro per share (including an interim payment of 0.02 euro already paid in 2019), identical to that paid under 2018, only in cash.
