Bolloré: wants to sell port activities in France

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday morning the Bolloré group announced the start of exclusive negotiations that include its subsidiary Transport & Logistics to sell its port activities in France (handling, transit, storage, bagging, chartering .
..) to Maritime Kuhn.

At this stage of events, the deal is expected to be finalised in Q3 2019.

Spread over 15 ports, Bolloré Ports France's activities in question have 320 employees, compared with 300 employees at the Maritime Kuhn group, which generates annual revenues of 80 million euros.

In doing so, Bolloré Transport & Logistics is refocusing on its international markets - particularly those in West Africa.
