Eurofins Scientific: finalises acquisition of CRL

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurofins Scientific, has announced finalising the acquisition of Clinical Research Laboratories (CRL), presented as one of the leaders in the cosmetic tests market in North America.
The terms of the deal were not specified.

Based in New Jersey and having subsidiaries in North Carolina and Texas, CRL employs over 100 highly skilled employees and generated revenues of over 12 million dollars in 2017. It provides its tests to a large number of international companies.

Thanks to this acquisition, Eurofins says that it can now offer its clients the most complete cosmetic test portfolio through a network of over 25 leading laboratories in Europe, Asia, Australia and the United States.
