Eurofins: new acquisition in Finland

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in bioanalytical testing, announces that it has acquired VTT Expert Services and Labtium, two subsidiaries covering all VTT's testing, inspection and certification operations.
The financial terms of the deal have not been specified.

Operating 16 facilities in Finland covering a total area exceeding 17,000 m2, last these both these companies together generated revenues of over 27 million euros.

They will strengthen Eurofins' portfolio of tests and its presence on the Finnish market, where it set up last year with the acquisitions of Nab Labs, Ramboll Labs and Ahma.
