Icade: postpones IPO of Icade Santé

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade and the minority shareholders of Icade Santé have decided to postpone the planned IPO of Icade Santé.


This decision has been taken due to the particularly volatile equity market environment.

"Initiated on September 22, 2021 on terms that are satisfactory to the company and its shareholders," the company said.

"With the support of all its shareholders, Icade Santé's management will remain fully committed to further advancing its growth plan", management added.

Irrespective of its intentions, the market seems to be sanctioning the group for dithering - the share is down 2% an hour into trading today.
