Icade: completes several property deals

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade today announces the completion of the sale of the Silky Way building in Lyon (69) for 138 million euros.

The building, which has a surface area of around 36,500 m2, was delivered in 2015 and is fully let to Alstom Transport.

On 28 September 2021, Icade's service sector property division has also completed the acquisition of the Equinove complex, which has a total surface area of 64,710 m2, for 183 million euros. This acquisition includes two assets that are fully leased to Renault.

Icade's Foncière Tertiaire also completed the VEFA (off-plan) acquisition of 51% of an office building in the Athletes' Village in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93) for 27 million euros.
