Icade: four clinics delivered by Icade Santé

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has announced the recent delivery, by Icade Santé, its 58.
3%-owned subsidiary, of four clinics to health and senior care operators, assets representing a total investment value of 76 million euros, which will generate immediate additional rental income.

Covering a total of nearly 31,000m2 and fully occupied, these four clinics are located in the Narbonne and Perpignan regions (delivered to ELSAN), in Saintes (Korian group), and Lunel (Lunellois health cluster).

The company said that including the establishments in Germany, Italy and Spain, the health real estate company has a portfolio of over 5.7 billion euros and 179 assets, 40 of which are international.
