Icade: about to make a disposal of 425 million euros

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade announced last night a disposal for a total of 425 million euros, excluding duties.


In detail, the real estate group, of which Caisse des Dépôts is the largest shareholder, has signed, with “a leading” institutional investor (whose name has not been specified), a bilateral sale agreement for over 240,000 m2 of offices in the Paris region - mainly in Paris Nord 2 and Colombes.

"It is expected to be completed by the end of the year, upon satisfaction of customary conditions precedent," Icade adds that "In particular, the proceeds from this disposal will be used to fund the development pipeline."
