Altran: Capgemini acquires 11.4% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini said on Tuesday evening that holds 29,378,319 Altran shares after the settlement of the acquisition of a block of shares of shareholders that was organized around Apax Partners.


This transaction follows the final agreement for the acquisition of this block, representing 11.43% of Altran's capital, signed on 24 June 2019, the French IT services giant said.

These shares will be taken into account in the calculation of the capgemini's share price, which would be set at 50.10% of its share capital and voting rights.
