Altran: takeover of Aricent on track

(CercleFinance.com) - Chaired by group CEO Dominique Cerutti, Altran's extraordinary shareholders' meeting approved the proposed capital increase relating to the acquisition of Aricent.


Remember that this proposed acquisition will give birth to a giant in engineering consultancy and R&D services. The deal is well on track after obtaining the necessary permission from competition authorities in the US and Germany, as well as the launch of syndication for most new funding.

Altran's management is confident in its ability to complete this deal by the end of March, as was first planned.
