Air France-KLM: distribution agreement with Amadeus

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM and Amadeus announce an innovative NDC (New Distribution Capability) agreement, providing that Air France's NDC offer will be available at travel agencies via Amadeus' platform and NDC-compatible solutions.


To access the Air France-KLM content broadcast via NDC, the agencies will have to sign bilateral agreements with both groups. In recent years, Air France-KLM has worked with Amadeus to connect its NDC services to the Amadeus platform.

The first sales stages have already been integrated and pilot agencies will be able to book via NDC using Amadeus by the end of the year. Full integration, including after-sales functions, is expected to be completed in the first half of 2021.
