Air France: Catherine Guillourad could take charge
(CercleFinance.com) - According to Le Figaro, Catherine Guillourad would be "tipped to take charge" of Air France.
Catherine Guillourad has been head of the RATP for under a year.
The Figaro says that the "good social management" conducted Ms Gouillourad as head of the RATP would be key for her to take the helm of the airline.
In mid-May, Air France-KLM announced that its board of directors has adopted transitional governance for the period necessary to finalise Jean-Marc Janaillac's succession process.
During this transition period, Anne-Marie Couderc is serving as non-executive chair of Air France-KLM's board of directors and a collegiate management committee (CDC) will be formed.
