Nokia: Goldman Sachs maintains buy rating
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Goldman Sachs reiterated its buy rating on Nokia shares, with a target price of 6.
1 euros, following its participation in an event devoted to the telecom equipment manufacturer's cloud and network services.
Analysts note that the meeting was an opportunity for the Finnish group to demonstrate its intention to grow its business in this area faster than the market (market growth expected at around 5% over the period 2021-2024).
The analyst says that the implementation of "SaaS" (software as a service) solutions should enable an improvement in profit margins in the long term.
Goldman also notes that Nokia is benefiting from strong new customer wins in the 5G core network.
