Nokia: wins 5-year Tele2 deal in Internet of Things

(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia has signed a five-year contract with Tele2 to deliver Internet of things (IoT) services to the Swedish telecom operator's corporate customers.


The deal will enable Tele2 to offer IoT connectivity services to large companies in sectors such as transport, healthcare, smart city and utilities, the Finnish telecoms gear maker said.

In particular, this will mean managing assets such as connected cars or connected freight containers, Nokia said.
