Indra: acquires Madrid-based consulting firm Paradigma

(CercleFinance.com) - Spanish technology company Indra said on Wednesday that it has acquired Paradigma, a Madrid-based consulting firm specialised in digital transformation.


The IT firm said Paradigma rounds out Minsait's portfolio, its business unit focused on digital transformation, by setting a more comprehensive product and service offering, now covering the digital needs of companies and institutions "from end to end."

Paradigma has a team of over 400 professionals and experts specialising in fields such as digital strategy, big data, cloud and digital culture, Indra said.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
