Zalando: Morgan Stanley initiates coverage with 'Overweight'

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has begun to monitor the Zalando stock with an "Overweight" rating and a target price of 5.
60 euros, believing that "Although forecast visibility is limited, the risk-reward is skewed to the upside and the valuation attractive".

In its comments, the broker believes that the German online apparel retailer is "set to benefit from channel shift and increasing consumer spending, offering potentially exciting growth".
