Osram: to appoint Werhahn executive as new finance chief

(CercleFinance.com) - German lighting group Osram on Tuesday said it planned to appoint an executive from German conglomerate Werhahn as its new CFO.


Kathrin Dahnke, 59, succeeds Ingo Bank, 51, who will move to Austrian sensor manufacturer ams as Chief Financial Officer from 1 May.

During her career, Dahnke has worked at German skin care company Beiersdorf and has also held positions on the supervisory board of German airport operator Fraport.
