flatexDEGIRO: Berenberg maintains buy rating

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday, Berenberg maintained its buy recommendation on the flatexDEGIRO stock, while reducing its target price for it from 38 euros to 35 euros - this new target price still gives the share huge upside potential.


The broker says that its investment case for the online broker remains intact, despite some weakness in business seen in recent weeks.

While it acknowledges that investors' reduced appetite for risky assets is likely to temporarily weigh on results - which has led it to reduce its earnings estimates - Berenberg still believes that the shares are significantly undervalued at their current levels, which therefore justifies its buy rating.
