Siemens Energy: smart energy deal with Shanghai Electric

(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens Energy and Shanghai Electric have signed a collaboration agreement on a smart energy project, reaching another milestone in their partnership.


The cooperation aims to build a center serving domestic and global energy industries, based on the companies' industrial Internet digital technology, they said.

The center will have three high-tech business units, one virtual-real digital experience center and one industrial incubator cooperation platform.

It will provide services for energy customers based on the core energy equipment industry of the parent companies, Siemens Energy and Shanghai Electric added.

The deal was unveiled during China International Import Expo (CIIE) held in Shanghai.
