E.ON: Bryan Garnier upgrades to 'buy'

(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Bryan Garnier upgraded its rating on the German utility giant E.
ON to "buy", with a fair value of 11 euros giving the stock upside potential of 25%, as the broker sees the acquisition of innogy as "clearly positive."

According to the analyst, the deal provides E.ON with: (1) the prospect of significant EPS accretion; (2) a manageable impact on the group's balance sheet and (3) significant synergies to unlock and create value for shareholders.
