Daimler Truck: quarterly net profit up 56%

(CercleFinance.com) - Daimler Truck has reported Q2 sales of 12.
1 billion euros, up 18% y-o-y.

At the same time, the company's adjusted EBIT increased by 15% to 1 billion euros.
Meanwhile, net profit jumped 56%, to 946 million euros (from 608 million euros), generating EPS of 1.12 euros, compared to 0.73 euro a year ago.

Daimler Truck is targeting FY 2022 sales of 48 to 50 billion euros: for the record, its 2021 revenues were estimated at 39.7 billion euros.
