BASF: to sell businessses to Graines Voltz

(CercleFinance.com) - Graines Voltz and BASF announce that they have signed a memorandum of understanding for the sale to Graines Voltz of the HILD Samen business portfolio located in Marbach, Germany.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The sale relates to HILD Samen's intangible assets; in particular its client portfolio, intellectual property, selection, stocks and the HILD brand. Local infrastructure will however remain the property of BASF.

Subject to the approval of this deal by competent authorities and the lifting of the usual suspension clauses, the acquisition is expected to be completed in Q2 2020.
