Allianz: raises earnings estimates for 2021

(CercleFinance.com) - On publishing its 9m results, Allianz says that it now expects to post FY 2021 operating profit at the upper end of its target range of 11 to 13 billion euros.


Over the first nine months of the year, the German insurance company recorded net income, group share that is up 38.3% at 6.9 billion euros, with operating profit that is up 27.2% at 9.9 billion euros.

Revenues rose by 5% to 110.1 billion euros, driven by positive contributions from each of its property and casualty (+2.1%), life and health (+7%) and asset management (+12.3%) businesses.
