Allianz: buys a logistics portfolio in France

(CercleFinance.com) - Allianz Real Estate has extended its logistics presence in France with the acquisition of 100% of a logistics portfolio.


AG Real Estate has sold Allianz a portfolio of four French logistics assets worth a total of 200 million euros.

These four assets, located in Réau, Pont-d'Ain, Chaponnay and Onnaing, offer a total gross leasable area of 188,000 m2.

Built between 2005 and 2018, these sites offer excellent access to the national motorway network and are located near one of the three main French cities: Paris, Lyon and Lille - in France's "logistics corridor" management said.
