Allianz: increases funding of Parndorf Centre

(CercleFinance.com) - German insurer Allianz announces that it has increased its funding granted to McArthurGlen and Simon Property Group, owners of the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Parndorf shopping centre in Austria: this increased funding amounts to 93 million euros.


This new financing brings Allianz's total commitment to 185 million euros, including the initial loan granted in 2015. The financing, which covers phases 3 and 4 of the project, was made via the Allianz Real Estate division.

Parndorf is an outlet centre dedicated to upmarket brands, located outside Vienna, near the border with Hungary and Slovakia. Allianz Real Estate has also financed the McArthurGlen outlet centres in Roermond (the Netherlands) and Noventa di Piave (Italy).
