Allianz: enters into Lendix's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Monday Allianz announced that it has taken a stake in Lendix's capital.
This group, which is the leading French platform of loans to SMEs, has offered Allianz a place on its supervisory board, as it raised 32 million euros.

This first investment in a leading fintech illustrates our capacity to accompany les Lendix's teams to reinforce its growth in France and develop its expansion in continental Europe, said Julien Martinez, head of strategy, M&A and innovation at Allianz France.
