thyssenKrupp: Marine split from Industrial Solutions

(CercleFinance.com) - German industrial group thyssenKrupp this morning announces a restructuring of its troubled Industrial Solutions division.


The Marine subdivision (shipyards, which make frigates and submarines, amongst other vessels) will be split and directly attached to the group.

ThyssenKrupp CEO Guido Kerkhoff says that he believes that he has taken the necessary decisions to enable Industrial Solutions to focus exclusively on factory construction."
